At Southern Crush, we know that shopping online can be super convenient and FUN- but, it can also be a little stressful! Making sure your purchase arrives as expected is our goal.

We want your shopping experience to be satisfying and fun, but we do know that there are times that something arrives broken.  For those times, we do have a return policy in place.

Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our stipulations for returning an item from the store that didn't work for you.

Items can be returned for store credit ONLY, issued in the form of a gift card or discount code via email. We cannot issue credit card or cash refunds.

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery of your order.

Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 15% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Do not return items without first sending an email southerncrushathome@gmail.com alerting us that it is on it's way.

Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn if clothing.

Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. (This really helps us out!) If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.

We do not take exchanges. The reason for this is that items go out the door FAST! Everyone is like you and loves our items; therefore they sell out quickly! We cannot guarantee we will have an item you need when you want to exchange it. If you do want to exchange, you can send your item back and get a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you in the form of a code that you can use on our website. Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
